FourCornwall is a consortium of four local building contractors who have come together to provide an unparalleled building and maintenance service for a wide range of commercial clients in Cornwall.

Our aim is to form sustainable relationships with existing and new clients to fulfil their needs for construction and maintenance programmes. We provide better value, high quality and timely delivery for the benefit of all customers and the wider community within Cornwall.

The FourCornwall consortium members are RM Developments Ltd (lead contractors), E R Jenkin & Sons Ltd, Gloweth Ltd and Ron Bullock Building Contractors Ltd. All four companies are well-established with a long history of activity in the local community working for commercial and private clients. We are each equal partners in the consortium and we have mutual values, culture and ethos that will ensure the sustainability of local business and communities. We share of knowledge and learning, and have developed strategic partnering arrangements to provide effective and efficient ways to deliver projects.

As our client, you will have access to our 365 day-a-year service for reactive and planned maintenance. Staff at our 24-hour/7-day call centre are on hand to take summary information from you. This information is passed to the closest consortium member who is then responsible for the operational response in the timescales pre-agreed with you. We maintain efficient and effective coordination within our group by use of flexible web-based data sharing. We have a dedicated manager who will provide you with the reporting and management information you need for your stakeholders.
